Foods were ordered mildly, and came to table piping hot and very flavorful. Eggplant masala was very eggplant forward, not overpowered by tomato and other things. Saag shrimp was superb - spinach fresh, and shrimps cooked perfectly. A miss was Achari Tikka chicken, which while was juicy and flavorful, it was like a chicken Tikka.

YUMMMM. Craving indian and going to our nearest restaurant ended up pretty well for a saturday night. Best comes first... and the vegetarian entrees were glorious. I said I didn't want to drink but ended up stealing my partner's beer and it was great (like everything free in life) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall experience =Really nice. Food yummy ( but portions rather small) my vegetable corma felt a bit spicy, but perhaps it depends on the region the chef comes from...butter chicken delicious. Relaxed ambience with soft music in the background, and a complementary dessert was a lovely touch. Thank you. I will be back to try more of your dishes

Tried the non-veg starter platter, the Nizami Goat, and the Chicken Chettinad. Food was so average and didn't have the strong flavours expected from Indian food. The naan bread as well was lacking in flavour. But otherwise, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

My girlfriend and I chose this place for the good reviews and we are so glad we did. Best Indian food we have had in a very long time! EVERYTHING was divine. A must try if you are on this side of the bridge! Special thanks to Arham for making the night even better with his humour and kindness. We will be back again!!

We just moved to Sydney a few months ago & decided to celebrate our baby boy’s first birthday at Thar Indian. It was the best decision we made because the staff there were so helpful and nice. …
